Another great year of cooking, preparing, and serving dinner to the residents and families of KC Hospice and Palliative Care. With families dealing with various levels of grief, SIKC was there to provide a lighthearted respite for a little while.
What: CPR training/review/basics

About 10 SIKC members gathered at the Plaza Library branch to learn CPR techniques. Some received their CPR certification for 2-years! Our trainer, Andre Sidney, led us through basic CPR/First Aid/AED training. Now we are ready!!
